Special Master Award winners gold medal for David Poxon in Tirana Albania

David has been awarded the Master Award in Tirana National Museum , Albania.

His painting ‘When We were Young’ is the work that captured the Judges attention.

David said; ‘This is a very unexpected and great honour. The Tirana exhibition features some of the best watercolor painters working today so my painting is in great company. Thanks to Helidon Haleti and Ormira, and the whole Albania show team. The exhibition looks superb, is in the most prestigious location in Tirana, and has been very well organised, a real pleasure to be there.’

David is having a very busy Autumn 2019 with shows in Moscow, Albania, Hong Kong, and also the Silk Road Exhibition in China. He is also finding the time to organise the International Watercolour Masters Exhibition #iwm2020 which takes place at Lilleshall Hall Shropshire England in May 2020.
