International Watercolour Masters breaks Weston Park Record!

The International Watercolour Masters Exhibition 2018 which ran from 28th April to 30th May at Weston Park England broke the Weston Park Gallery box office record for numbers of visitors. The expo was organised and curated by David Poxon RI and featured invited International Masters David Poxon RI, Chien Chung Wei, Alvaro Castagnet, Janine Gallizia, Dean Mitchell, John Salminen, Konstantine Sterkhov, Jasmine Huang, Stanislaw Soladz, Liu Yi, Tiany Zhou, Xidan Chen, Marvin Chew, Mark Mehaffey, Pasqualino Fracasso Jayson Yeoh and Ali Abbas Syed. The event was supported by The SAA who broadcast a number of live TV Demos from Weston Park. David Poxon, Janine Gallizia, and Marvin Chew also visited The SAA headquarters in Newar England and broadcast live 50 minute TV demonstrations. All the workshops run from Wetson Park which featured David Poxon ( 3 x 3day workshops) Alvaro Castagnet ( 1 x 3 day) and Janine Gallizia (1 x 3day) were all sold out well in advance. The show has been an unprecedented success in terms of visitors, world wide press coverage, and also sales of paintings with more than 75% of work displayed sold. Negotiations are currently taking place regarding INTERNATIONAL WATERCOLOUR MASTERS 2020. Watch this space!
